We do provide a guarantee with our product. We believe that our dyes have at least the same, if not better longevity as the mainstream ‘coloured’ brand of boots. It is a highly durable finish which can stand many of the wear and tear stresses of grass and astro-turf football.
Wearing your boots twice a week in 90 minute football matches should certainly see them remain with 90% of the dye still in place after half a season with the usual worn out places seeing the effects of ‘wear and tear’ usually just the toe area. If you feel the finish of your boots isn’t up to standards simply contact us explaining why, it would be helpful if you could provide us with photographic evidence to ensure a speedy resolution.
We will happily re-do your boots free of charge if the boot has failed our high standards.
*it is important to treat the boots the same as any other coloured boot, the dye isn’t invincible and will eventually begin to fade/wear. We can also not accept returns for damage which has occurred through accident, e.g. stud tackle damage, although we will repair such damage for a small fee.
